Keep your sidebar focused. Pin what matters now, archive what's done.
Pin
Pin a checklist to keep it at the top of the sidebar, above all unpinned lists. Toggle via the hover action buttons or the ⋯ menu. Pinned checklists are visually distinct — they stay where you can always see them.
Archive
Archive a checklist to move it into a collapsible Archived section at the bottom of the sidebar. Archived checklists are slightly dimmed and tucked away — out of sight but never deleted. Toggle archive from hover actions or the ⋯ menu.
